Rosie (my cat) and I are back in the Artroom today and it feels great. Only doing a couple of hours. Easing myself back in haha
I've got a fitness tracker for my wrist to help me increase my fitness levels, I'm a bit of a data nerd. I like knowing how many steps I've done and then the gamer in me likes to bet my score each day.
As I'm still recovering I'm just walking around the house for the moment. Yesterday I done 800 steps, today so far I'm at 1600. I will soon be reaching 10,000 steps a day.
After being ill for over 2 years, I genuinely feel like I've gained my life back and I'm just ready to go for it.
I've started a bullet journal too!
